What we collect

We do not ask for special categories of personal data, and we ask you not to send them.

How we use it and our lawful basis

Cookies and analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site, and analytics cookies (for example Google Analytics) to understand usage. Analytics and other non-essential cookies are set only with your consent through our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time. Full detail is in the cookie policy.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the site and respond to you, such as our hosting provider, analytics provider and form or email processors, under appropriate contractual protections. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by law.

International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside the United Arab Emirates. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we rely on appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable UAE data-protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, then delete or anonymise it. Analytics data is retained for a limited period in line with our analytics settings.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to certain processing, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise a right, email compliance@ops.ae. You may also raise a concern with the competent data-protection authority.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for business users and is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
